Choose a smooth, flat, clean and dry wall surface. Mount the machine using the included adhesive hook-and-loop strips, following the mounting instructions. Check that it is securely attached before use.

Connect and Choose Your Settings

Turn on the machine and pair it directly through your device’s Bluetooth settings—no app required. Choose from nine speed levels and nine training modes, starting at a low speed.

Follow the Lights and Track Your Hits

Put on the included adult boxing gloves and begin with controlled punches. Follow the light cues and track your hits with the built-in punch counter. Switch off the machine after use.
