The C1 offers three modes for working, walking and running, along with foldable handrails and compact storage. The U4 is a slim, non-folding under-desk walking pad designed for home and office use. The Q4 combines a traditional treadmill setup with foldable handrails, a digital display and space-saving storage.

The C1, U4 and Q4 arrive mostly assembled. Only minimal setup may be required, and the necessary tools are included. Please follow the instructions provided with your treadmill before using it for the first time.

Yes. The C1 features foldable handrails and built-in transport wheels for compact storage. The U4 does not fold, but its slim profile makes it easy to store in suitable compact spaces. The Q4 features foldable handrails and transport wheels for easier movement and storage between workouts.

Yes. The KONVESSO U4 is designed as a compact under-desk walking pad, making it suitable for walking while using a standing desk. Please ensure there is enough clear space around the walking pad and begin at a comfortable speed.

Orders are normally delivered within 2–3 working days from the date the order is placed. We provide free delivery to eligible addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the order date. Products must be returned in their original packaging and meet the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy. For non-faulty returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All KONVESSO treadmills and their components include a one-year warranty.
