PAYMENT METHODS

KONVESSO provides secure and convenient payment options through Shopify Payments and PayPal.
The payment methods available to you may vary depending on your device, location, selected currency and eligibility. All currently available options will be displayed during checkout.
Credit and Debit Cards
We accept the following major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Maestro
- Discover
- Diners Club
Your card will be charged in the currency and amount displayed at checkout.
PayPal
You can pay securely using PayPal.
When PayPal is selected at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to sign in and authorise the payment. After completing the payment, you will be returned to the KONVESSO website to view your order confirmation.
A PayPal account may not always be required, depending on the payment options PayPal makes available to you.
Express Checkout
Eligible customers may also be able to use the following accelerated checkout options:
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Availability depends on your device, browser, location and whether the relevant wallet has been set up.
Klarna
Klarna may be available to eligible customers at checkout.
The Klarna options offered to you are determined by Klarna and may depend on factors including your location, order value, currency and eligibility. Available options may include paying immediately, paying later or paying in instalments.
Klarna is an independent payment provider. If you select Klarna, your payment agreement is with Klarna and is subject to Klarna’s terms, eligibility checks and payment schedule.
KONVESSO cannot guarantee that Klarna will approve a particular payment option.
Payment Security
Payments made through our website are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal or the selected payment provider.
KONVESSO does not receive or store your complete card number. Payment providers may use encryption, fraud prevention systems and additional authentication, such as 3D Secure, to protect transactions.
Payment Authorisation
When you place an order, your payment provider may perform an authorisation check to confirm that the payment method is valid and that sufficient funds or credit are available.
Your order is not confirmed until the payment has been successfully authorised and you have received an order confirmation.
Declined Payments
A payment may be declined for reasons including:
- incorrect card or billing information;
- insufficient funds;
- an expired card;
- security checks by your bank or payment provider; or
- restrictions placed on the payment method.
KONVESSO does not control the approval or decline decision made by your bank or payment provider.
If your payment is declined, please check your information, contact your payment provider or try another available payment method.
Currency and Additional Charges
Prices on konvessofitness.com are displayed in the currency selected on the website.
If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees. These charges are determined by the payment provider and are not controlled by KONVESSO.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the order.
After a refund has been processed by KONVESSO, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.
