The wall-mounted design keeps your floor space clear, while glove options let you choose a set for children, adults or both. Every option includes the same black boxing target, with red or black gloves in your selected configuration.

Installation & Charging
Follow the included instructions to install the target on a suitable wall. Do not mount it on surfaces with loose, crumbling or flaking plaster or paint. Check that it is securely attached before each session. Only hook-and-loop mounting strips are included; accessories for other mounting methods are not supplied.
Charge through the USB Type-C port and disconnect the cable before training. The boxing target cannot be used while charging.

Disconnect the charging cable before use. Turn on the target and follow the user manual to connect your phone via Bluetooth and play your music.
Put On Your Gloves and Start
Put on correctly sized boxing gloves and begin with controlled punches. Enjoy music, punch sound effects and lighting effects as you train. Switch off the target after use.
